In opening this new route, Air Arabia Maroc is extending its network between North Africa and EuroAirport, providing an important link for the Moroccan community, tourists and business travellers. From 25-Oct-2009, Air Arabia Maroc will be flying an Airbus A320 twice-weekly to and from the three-country region and Casablanca, Morocco's largest city. EuroAirport welcomes Air Arabia Maroc’s move in setting up the new connection. Air Arabia Maroc had its maiden flight on 29-Apr-2009 and belongs to Air Arabia, based in Sharjah (UAE), one of the leading low-cost airlines in the Middle East and North Africa. Air Arabia has won several awards and currently has a fleet of 20 Airbus A320 planes. An additional 44 planes of the same model are on order.
