Bahrain Air announces partnership with Hotel Diva

Under the partnership, the hotel will offer special competitive rates for the airline's guests, staff and passengers.

On its part, the airline has placed a dedicated booking system with separate accounting, for the ease of guests and staff to book tickets instantly within the hotel.

Talking to DT, Bahrain Air Managing Director Captain Ibrahim Al Hamer said: "We are pleased to enter into this partnership with Hotel Diva which like us is young, vibrant and forward-looking."

"Together we will bring a fresh approach to customer service and the arrangement will give our passengers and staff added value," he added.

Concurring with Capt. Al Hamer, Hotel Diva General Manager Shankar Bharadwaj said: "We are a new hotel and have found a dynamic partner who can work with us in a mutually beneficial way."

The airline said its Senior Manager Security, Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Abdulaziz Al Shaer has been closely involved in the finalisation of the partnership.

"The deal guarantees a better and more efficient service to Hotel Diva's guests," Mr. Al Shaer said.

The airline's Marketing Manager Naeem Mahamoor said, "We needed a hospitality partner for our transit passengers and aircraft on ground situations as also to cater to passengers in case of unavoidable situations like adverse weather, when the plane is unable to fly."

"The hotel will be our designated and preferred place to stay in Bahrain for staff and pasengers."

"Moving ahead, we will enable booking of rooms in the hotel via a link on our website and plan for packages and bundled offers," Mr. Mahamoor added.

The two entities will work together in various ways to promote Bahrain as an ideal tourist destination and will remain partners for all future events.
