Air Arabia extends customer call centre hours

Air Arabia, the largest LCC in the Middle East and North Africa, has extended its call centre timings in the UAE to full time operations.

The centre will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the convenience of its customers across the region and the world. The call centre provides customers with the opportunity to make, modify and pay for bookings by calling the company call centre.

Extending the company’s call centre services in the UAE compliments Air Arabia’s website, as customers now have the option of reaching Air Arabia by phone or via the internet at any time 24 hour a day.

Kyle Haywood, Commercial Director, Air Arabia, said: “We are always seeking new ways to reach out to our customers throughout the Middle East and the world. Extending operating hours centre will enable us to enhance our position as the region’s leading LCC by offering our customers the convenience of the same high level of service they have come to expect every time they fly with Air Arabia”.
