Emirates extends 777-300 lease from ILFC
(c) Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation: International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, announced the lease extension of eight Boeing 777-300 aircraft with Emirates. Emirates, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will extend the lease of each eight Boeing 777-300 aircraft from ILFC for six additional years to 2017, 2018 and 2019. The aircraft, are powered by Rolls Royce TRENT 892-17 engines. Emirates currently leases 20 Boeing 777-300/300ER’s from ILFC on long term dry lease contracts.
