Air Arabia to install Wavetec's queue management solution

(c) Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation: Air Arabia has confirmed an order for Wavetec’s eQ queue management system for three of their sales centers in UAE. Wavetec will be installing the system at their sales office at Sharjah Airport starting from January 2008. With the growing numbers of customers at Air Arabia's sales offices, a proper customer service solution was required at their sales offices. Wavetec through its eQ system will deliver Air Arabia the solution to better their customer service.

Air Arabia plans to open more sales centres across UAE using Wavetec's queuing solutions. Wavetec's Dubai office looks to work with Air Arabia at a global level where all sales and service centres can be monitored using a Central Reporting structure, a feature of the eQ system.
