MC Aviation Partners Inc. (“MCAP”) announced today that MCAP and Gulf Air Company, G.S.C. (“Gulf Air”) (headquartered in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain) have signed a Purchase and Leaseback Agreement for four new Airbus A320-200 aircraft. The first delivery is scheduled in July 2011; the upcoming aircraft are scheduled for delivery in August, September and October 2011 respectively.
